The staff were friendly, and the location was good.
I loved the cleanliness, the service, and the location. The only downside was that breakfast felt a bit bland.
Everything was great. I’d love to stay again.
The staff member Bayram was very attentive and responsive, which helped shape the overall impression of the stay. The room, breakfast, and everything else matched the advertised conditions and price. The riverside, funicular, museums, shopping centre are nearby, and the metro is close by. The only minor issue was a small lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, but it wasn’t critical.

The hotel sits in a great spot, right near the coolest sights and the old town. It’s a solid base for city strolls. Breakfast is simple but tasty, and the tea is excellent. The rooms feel cozy and snug, and the bonus of air‑conditioning is huge because the summer heat is brutal. We’ll definitely book here again when we return to Baku.
