I loved how cute and cozy the place felt, but the morning traffic was audible because the hotel sits right on the street.

It is very clean, but the staff are very accommodating.

Upgrading into a nice room with a little lounge; free parking and friendly staff. Then it was the motel where Kurt Cobain stayed!!! Prices are modest. Everything was fine considering the price.

The parking spot is included, and the rooms stay fairly quiet even though they’re on the street, and Uber gets you to Hollywood fast. The air‑conditioning is old and very loud.
