“Spacious, comfortable, historic and superbly located.”

Stepping through the street door feels like entering an opulent past, with grand courtyards, galleries, and massive arches. The white, painted rooms are tasteful, well‑furnished, modern, bright, airy, super clean, and very spacious. Nicolò and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful, making it a great place to enjoy historic grandeur. The only downside was that the view from one of our rooms looked out onto an unattractive, derelict area, whereas the other room offered an attractive street view.

The rooms are beautiful in one of Palermo’s palazzos, the location in the Kalsa district is excellent, the rooms are spacious, the interior décor is elegant, and the staff are helpful and relaxed. I would definitely stay here again.

“Excellent short-stay in the heart of Palermo”

The apartment is very clean, large, and well‑appointed in the heart of the historic district, with a great shower and a nice balcony. Finding the place inside a larger building can be a bit tricky; the host sent a video that was still somewhat confusing, but once you figure it out it’s easy. The property is in the ZTL, so expect a 10‑minute walk through a busy tourist area from the nearest parking garage; taking a taxi is simpler.
