“Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage, aber leider keine Möglichkeit zum Lüften der Zimmer”
The location, the underground parking, and the very friendly staff are positives. On the downside, the hotel can’t do anything about the construction site next door, but I want to point out that the rooms cannot be ventilated and there is no air conditioning. The windows cannot even be tilted, so there is no chance for fresh air in the room.
I could have thought there was a possibility to make a cup of coffee or tea in the room.
The room size is what you need, the location is good, and the staff is friendly. The negatives include visible dust on even larger easily accessible surfaces – the green “shelf” by the headboard, only half of the TV stand’s black legs were dusted. Windows had noticeable larger grease spots. Toothpaste tubes on the mirror. When I needed the toilet brush, it was full of hair. The bed’s feather was taken and only the legs remained – a new feather or remove the legs. I have never experienced such poor cleaning at a hotel before.
The family room was very small, the air quality was poor, the bathroom was not clean, and the floor in the breakfast restaurant was dirty and disgusting.
It is very centrally located and also offers good opportunities to meet and attract future employees. The only drawback was that it was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room.
