“Chaotic check-in and grimy room”
I had a really frustrating check-in experience - it took an hour and a half for them to get me sorted. Apparently, they had a weird rule about not letting solo travelers in, which I didn't get. The room was huge, but it was a mess - mouse poop everywhere, a broken balcony door, and dodgy outlets. To top it off, the staff were knocking on doors super early in the morning, so I didn't get much sleep.

The hotel wasn't using their own booking system, which was a bit odd. On the downside, they didn't allow booking through a certain app, which was a bit of a pain. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
