“Dejo mucho que desear”
Modern and centrally located, but the staff seemed uninformed, the elevator kept malfunctioning and had to take me up and down floors, my card failed twice, and the water never came hot.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, the front desk personnel were a major letdown. Despite the hotel's many positive features, the service I received from the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, which made for a disappointing stay.
