The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and everything worked properly. The bed was set up nicely, but the mattress in our room was just a box spring or foundation, while the room our two sons stayed in had a proper mattress. We were exhausted and couldn’t explain the issue in the same language, so we didn’t tell the staff; they would have offered a different room if we had.
