The proximity to the city is a plus. The bathroom is very old and smells like urine. There were no vegan options or anything without pork.

The location is great. We arrived on 05.10.26 and were warmly welcomed at the reception by a young man. On the departure day (10.10.26) there was also a friendly young man at the reception. That should be obvious, but it’s worth mentioning here. Thanks to those two employees. The rest of the staff are rather dull and unfriendly, the guest is disturbed. The “breakfast lady” is unkempt. On 06.10.26 she went to have breakfast with the lady from the reception during breakfast time and afterwards both smoked outside the hotel. When guests asked for something they were sometimes quite rude about where the desired item could be found. The breakfast room is too small for the size of the hotel and has the noise level of a train station hall. You have to wait until a seat frees up. A relaxed breakfast for two is not possible. Guests have to clear the dishes themselves, tables that become free are not wiped down. You have to sit at the “crumb table” of the previous guests and you’re glad if it isn’t sticky. That the rooms are not cleaned daily is fine for us, but after 3 days a cleaning should take place – at least that’s what the sign in the room says. That cleaning did not happen, the trash can was not emptied, toilet paper or hygiene item bags were not refilled. The trash can has no lid, so it smells after a few days. There were 2 shower towels for 2 people, which were not changed at all during the stay. There was neither a towel to dry hands after washing, nor a small towel per person for the face. Because of the lack of space, the two shower towels also cannot be hung properly to dry. The whole hotel is quite run-down, everything is somewhat broken, a lot of dirt. Of course you can get everything from the reception as a guest (we did that sometimes), but if I want to take care of everything myself, I would book a vacation apartment and not a hotel. In a hotel I expect a minimum standard such as cleanliness, regular replenishment of consumables, friendliness.

Very central location, equipped with the essentials. The porter on the second day was very nice. Relatively expensive, starts with somewhat inflexible porter.
