The spot is convenient for the airport, and the beach is a 10‑minute walk, though it’s pretty muddy, which is typical for Goa. Mostly young Indian guys were on the beach, and it was quite dirty, so we avoided it and went to the quieter, cleaner Uturna beach by taxi. The staff, a husband and wife, were very responsive and tried to meet all our requests. The price‑quality ratio is fair, and I’d recommend paying a bit more if you’re planning a Goa holiday. The pool was good. Rooms need better disinfection, and pets should not be allowed in the food prep area.

Good location from the airport. The room was nice, spacious, and clean with all the necessary facilities. The staff were lovely and very helpful at arrival and departure, and Anita suggested many things to do in Goa that were very useful. I would highly recommend this stay.

The welcome was friendly and family‑like. The pool and garden were pleasant, and despite being close to the airport, airplane noise was minimal, making it a perfect stopover. If you’re choosing this hotel for a beach vacation (which wasn’t our case), it’s a bit far—15 minutes on foot—and you have to walk along the road edge; a bus is an option. The beach in the cove is nice.

Having 24/7 check‑in was very helpful, especially since we all arrived after midnight. A car pickup from the hotel would be convenient.
