The breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of options. The bed was very comfortable. The snack machine is super handy. The evening and night staff were very friendly. The balcony was well equipped. Phone contact was very good. Soundproofing. Location. On the downside, the bathroom seams were moldy. The morning staff were comparatively rude and rough. Value for money.

The accommodation was centrally located, and we enjoyed a great view of the beautiful city from the balcony. For our short trips to the medieval towns of Germany, this was the most expensive, but not the best, place to stay. The rooms were clean, but the stained carpet floor was not hygienic for us. We expected more from the breakfast, especially because we were disappointed! No fresh fruit, the cold cuts were lackluster, scrambled eggs were not refilled, and other small details. We don’t want to complain, but even the lackluster tables were not appealing. We have experienced much better, as mentioned, for the same breakfast price!

Easy to reach by car; quick walk to the city centre; fair parking rates; friendly staff.

It was clean and the staff were very polite. The noise level was high, and we couldn’t open the windows because directly in front of the room a main traffic road runs.
