Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The sauna, pool, bakery, and the fact that the hotel is linked to the mall with easy airport access made my stay great, but there was no spot to hang wet swimsuits after the pool, and the jacuzzi was hot while the sauna tub was cold.

The service was slow and lazy, and the staff seemed like part‑time workers with a lack of service.

I was satisfied.

The spot was spot on, spotless rooms, and the facilities were top‑class.

The hotel’s location and facilities completely satisfied me—being attached to a mall made shopping a breeze, and I loved the gym, sauna, pool and spa, while the staff’s friendliness made my whole stay pleasant. However, the room’s air‑conditioning was disappointing; it wouldn’t reach the temperature set on the remote, leaving the humidity higher than ideal, and the bathroom’s low water pressure was inconvenient, so some improvements are needed.
