A fantastic location with very friendly owners who spoke great English and were more than happy to help with onward travel plans and were a great source of information about the mountain and marked out the best routes for us on the map. Everything was perfect

Great location to explore the park, and Chao is amazing! Super helpful and attentive. He purchased tickets and organised my itinerary while in Zhangjiajie. The guesthouse is lovely and the decor is beautiful. The shower drain isn’t the best. Just be mindful when showering

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The staff were absolutely wonderful — extremely helpful, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. They recommended an amazing restaurant, organized our transportation and helped us arrange our visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, so we really didn’t have to worry about anything. Another great touch was being able to easily restock anything we needed and get extra drinking water. The amenities were excellent as well — shampoo, shower gel and everything else was provided, and we honestly had nothing to complain about. The location is perfect, especially if you’re planning to explore the National Park. Overall, everything was 10/10 and we would definitely recommend staying here. The only tiny downside was that the shower didn’t have a door, but compared with how great everything else was, this was a very minor detail. Thank you for making our stay so easy and enjoyable!

The owners were incredibly friendly and actually helped us map out trips around Zhangjiajie, which made the whole visit easier. The only real hassle was the shower – there was no curtain, so the whole bathroom ended up drenched after a quick rinse. Other than that, the hospitality made up for the soggy floor.

Great spot, right where you want to be, and the staff were genuinely nice and attentive. Nothing else to complain about, just a solid, pleasant stay.
