Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The price matched the quality; towels were clean and the room was refreshed daily. No issues arose, and the reception staff—especially the helpful girls—were very responsive. Overall, the hotel is great for a comfortable stay, though the view of the laundry roof is a downside.

We liked that the hotel matched our budget and quality expectations, the staff were very friendly, housekeeping came daily and changed towels, and the bed was refreshed once every five days; although it isn’t on the main strip, it’s very close to the beach and surrounded by fruit stalls like Sapphire and VytHouse where fruit is a bit cheaper than downtown, and the beach isn’t crowded. Breakfasts were repetitive, the room’s ventilation was weak with nowhere to hang wet clothes, and there was a damp smell that might have been limited to our room.

My stay at this hotel had its pros and cons. The bed was spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. However, the breakfast options were limited, and I arrived at 9 am to find that the soup had run out. The utensils were also not available, and I had to wait for the staff to serve the Western guests first. Additionally, the hotel charged me 30% of the room rate for checking out at 1 pm, which was not in line with the stated check-out time.

Although the hotel does not have a beach view, its proximity to the sea is a plus, and the price is reasonable considering the value. The breakfast was excellent, and I was particularly impressed with the friendly staff, especially Quyn Anh, who helped me with transportation arrangements. However, the facilities are a bit outdated, which made my stay slightly inconvenient.
