The property is beautiful, the room cute, the breakfast delicious, and the best part is the warm hospitality from the staff—especially Chang and another guy—who were so kind, professional, and proactive: they arranged a van to the waterfall, checked the high‑speed train timetable, booked a sunset river cruise, and entertained us, making my trip unforgettable. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Luang Prabang; the last night I stayed elsewhere, but I’d prefer to stay at this place for an entire week—just a 5–10 dollar difference can change the satisfaction of the whole trip. I couldn’t watch TV because of the cable net company’s fire; this was not the hotel’s fault.
