The hotel was close to my event venue, but the TV had no sound, the hair dryer didn’t work, the bathroom needed more lighting, and the room’s air conditioning was subpar.

The location was fine and food was nearby. Breakfast was underwhelming—toast, danish, waffle—nothing heated, just something better than nothing. The staff were not very friendly, the room smelled awful, and the fridge was unusable because of a fish odor inside. When I spoke to most staff, I had to repeat myself several times before getting a response.

Everything was great except the noise; my room was very loud and woke me up at 1 am.
