The lobby feels welcoming, and the concierge and bellboys are pleasant. Breakfast is generous and the restaurant staff are excellent. I rate the general staff as 'good' because they are courteous, but the front‑desk team at the check‑in/check‑out counters clearly needs better hospitality training; I’m disappointed with them. On the other hand, the entrance staff and the restaurant crew are well‑groomed and hospitable.
