The location is great and the interior is lovely, plus the dining options are solid. However, we didn’t get air conditioning; they handed us a fan, and it felt rude that they didn’t offer a room change or rent us a suitable alternative.

I was assigned a room that was completely private, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the hotel didn’t offer any food service.
