The front‑desk gentleman was very kind, but the TV was broken, there was no phone in the room so I couldn’t reach the desk, the room was filthy, hadn’t been swept, the bathtub needed cleaning, bugs were everywhere, walls had holes, the sink vanity door was busted and looked like someone was trying to hold everything together with a lot of caulking. I would never recommend anyone staying here.

The place sits in a decent spot, but it looks like it needs a lot of work and is pretty run down.

The place is disgusting, with homeless people everywhere, no working air or heat, no hot water, and a broken shower faucet—never coming back.

The price was reasonable, yet the building was in bad shape, the room had trash, the TV remote didn't function, and I had to kill several cockroaches.
