The room was spotless and cozy, but during breakfast a short‑haired tall woman hovered over me in front of everyone, asking if I had the breakfast package and lingered until I confirmed I didn’t. I felt embarrassed and walked to the front desk to request adding the charges to my room; I just wish the breakfast warden had been more discreet and not staged a show for other guests.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, but security could improve – a man was walking door to door with a key card, claiming he’d forgotten his room, and he eventually found a key card that I had reported to the front desk.

The room was extremely noisy, the AC was malfunctioning and made a lot of noise, the ice machine outside was loud, the window curtain was broken, and overall the condition was bad; I reported it and they ignored the issue.
