“Problemas con el servicio y la atención”

The jacuzzi, architecture, fire pit, nature, and comfort were great, yet I was not Colombian and was charged a tax that I thought only Colombian citizens should pay. I asked about it and they said I had to sort it out with Booking. I was with my wife and two kids in the middle of the night, cold and raining, and I couldn't cancel the booking because we had nowhere else to go. The next morning, they brought three breakfasts even though we were four. When I raised the issue, they replied that the manager had told them the breakfast was only for one child. So I paid for a four‑person breakfast and one of my kids was left without breakfast because the manager decided it that way. They again said I had to fix it with the manager. I was on vacation with my family and now I had to solve their problems with Booking and the manager. I had never seen anything like that. Also, when we left in the afternoon, they didn't clean up or leave the place tidy. When we returned, the leftovers from breakfast, including dirty plates and cutlery, were still on the table. Finally, I like dogs, but there was a small dog that, though friendly, was loose and kept entering the property. That scared my son, who is afraid of dogs. In short, it was a pretty disappointing experience. There were several problems and instead of fixing them, they always tried to make me deal with third parties. I would not stay here again.

The cabins are modern, new, and clean, but the entrance is in very bad condition, the access system is quite deficient, and the guidance is very minimal.

Everything was very clean, tidy and beautiful, exactly like the photos. It was great!
