Hyatt Place Springdale - Zion National Park

“I would choose this place again. We had a fantastic day at Zion.”

The property is beautiful. The location is convenient close to the shuttle to get to Zion, to restaurants, and close to where you can rent equipment to hike the narrows. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good. My only complaint is that our room while having a great view of the mountains and overall a very nice layout had the air conditioner unit right next to our bed. There was no way to adjust the airflow out of the unit and since it was in the 80s and 90s outside, we had to have it on. It blew directly on my husband all night long, we had to block it with a towel and pillow pillows. To the front desk clerk about it, but nothing got done

מיקום מצוין נוף יפה מהמלון ארוחת בוקר נחמדה מול הנוף ביקשנו לצאת באחד החדרים יותר מאוחר ואיפשרו לנו. המזגן באחד החדרים (מתוך 2) עשה רעש חזק שלא הפסיק כל הלילה קיבלנו 2 חדרים סמוכים אבל לא עם דלת מקשרת ביניהם כשכל חדר היה בעצם מחובר לחדר אחר עם דלת מקשרת אז לא ברור למה לא קיבלנו 2 מחוברים בינינו?

The bathroom door is a very cheap rolling door that requires you to attach the two sides. Likely impossible for kids and difficult for others. It was also off kilter so there was a large opening on one side. Maintenance had to come fix it. Even after it was fixed, it's an uncomfortable situation without full privacy. I wouldn't stay there again for this reason alone, though it's a clean hotel otherwise. No one should pay this much money for a hotel room and have the hotel cheap out on terrible bathroom doors. Also, there was absolutely no mention of a separate parking fee per day that they charged us. Ultimately, not a nightmare, but I won't be back
