“Perfect for the night rooms spacious room temp adjustable”

The location was perfect for the whole area, but the elevator floor was dirty.

“Don't stay her for the breakfast”

I stayed in a clean, comfortable room and the staff were friendly. The breakfast, however, was mediocre; there was no non‑dairy milk or coffee lightener, so I ended up eating dry cereal and a banana. I’m very dissatisfied, especially since I would expect gluten‑free and dairy‑free options these days.

“Bad customer service, old building”

The hotel was attached to a catering hall, which made it easy for out‑of‑town guests to host events. Unfortunately, the property looked old and run down. I saw two incidents where keys didn’t work and the staff took a long time to solve the problem. My family stayed in a different room and the toilet wasn’t working. Initially they said a plumber would arrive the next morning. When we insisted the broken toilet was unacceptable, they still didn’t move my family to another double room; instead they handed them a key to a king room down the hall and suggested they use that bathroom.
