Chiara is a very nice person, loves animals, and cares a lot about her pets. It should be clarified that the kitchen is shared with the other guests. There are three bedrooms, so in theory three different families could stay, meaning you have to alternate in the kitchen. Specifying this in the description would be better.
The girl who greeted us was incredibly friendly, the place is super quiet and still in the open countryside, and in less than five minutes you can reach a shopping centre with everything you need, including a cinema and restaurants. The shared kitchen with a coffee machine and fridge was a huge plus, something most people overlook. There’s even a fireplace, so I’ll definitely come back in winter to enjoy it lit. The bathroom is very spacious with a double sink, which we really appreciated. Overall we were very happy, thanks a lot. The only thing that didn’t suit us was the retro furniture and the floors, but that’s just a matter of taste and not a big issue. What we really disliked were two things: the room door has a central glass panel, even though it’s decorative and covered by a curtain inside, it made us feel a lack of privacy throughout our stay and in the bathroom. Even though it was reserved only for us, we had to leave the room and cross the corridor to reach it, risking the real chance of bumping into other guests, so we had to get dressed and leave in the same way when showering. If I could give a tip, since it’s adjacent to the room, it would be ideal to create a door that connects them from the inside, which would be perfect.
We spent two weeks at this wonderful lodging and it was truly hard to leave! The property is a real gem, lovingly maintained in every detail and surrounded by nature that brings you back to the earth. Its location is fantastic: in just 20‑30 minutes by car you could either dive into the sea or take a nice mountain hike. But the real magic lies in the people. Chiara and her family are wonderful, warm, and hospitable, yet also remarkably polite and discreet. They’re always ready for a chat, to give the right advice, and to make us smile, with huge generosity and a big heart. Our dog had a chapter of its own, enjoying the vacation as much as we did (if not more!). It bonded instantly with the owners and their large dog—seeing them play together and knowing it was also loved and welcomed like family made everything even more special. We leave with a heart full of great memories. We’ll definitely return, and we wholeheartedly recommend this place!

La camera e il bagno puliti. Avevo prenotato una camera con letti singoli e invece mi è stata data una con letto matrimoniale con un solo comodino, senza un abat jour. Nei cassetti solo il telo doccia e asciugamani viso. Inoltre alla prenotazione ho letto che il check out era alle 00:00 e invece la proprietaria ci ha invitato a rimanere fino alle 14. Siamo stati costretti a lasciare la camera col caldo torrido stravolgendo i nostri piani. Bisognerebbe essere più chiari e non fuorvianti sugli orari della struttura. Gentilissima signora se si aspettava questo tipo di recensione è sicuramente consapevole dei disagi che ha arrecato. Inoltre leggo un'offesa inaccettabile. Chiarirò ogni punto da lei travisato e reso menzognero: 1) Sul sito, il check in è previsto per le 00,30 - a meno che lei, frettolosamente non abbia cambiato-. Lo stesso check out, alle 00,00. All'arrivo le abbiamo spiegato che avevamo avuto difficoltà, sia all'uscita di Chieti che a trovare la struttura. Perfino il navigatore ci portava in altre direzioni. Inoltre le mails in viaggio non erano arrivate. 2) Asserisce poi, che alla vista della camera non abbiamo contestato. Ciò è stato dovuto al notevole imbarazzo per la situazione che ha generato, associato alla stanchezza del viaggio. Se l'ospite chiede lettini singoli e paga per un preciso servizio, dovrebbe essere accontentato assolutamente. 3) Ci ha calunniato pubblicamente definendoci incivili per un bicchiere sul tavolino del balcone con mozziconi di sigaretta che a causa della fretta di svuotare la camera e soprattutto perchè in struttura non si pratica il civile uso della differenziata, è rimasto lì, impossibile da smaltire. 4) La camera era si grande e pulita, ma come descritto prima, disagevole e mancante di ciò che ho elencato sopra. Spero che questa controversia sia giunta alla fine o mi vedrò costretta a rivolgermi direttamente al sito per cautelarmi da eventuali e probabili calunnie
