The pool was warm. When we arrived the room looked dirty, the floor was not clean, the bathroom had some little hair on the cover of the toilet. The sheets in bed had some hair, the pillows were dirty. At night the cockroaches sneaked through the main door!!! The water inside the pitcher tasted strange. According the policies you can do the check out since 5am but the clerk did not arrive early, we had to wait until 7:20am to be able to do the check out
