Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great location, great valet service. Would stay again without hesitation!. All was good!

The staff were amazing, the hotel was clean and in a good spot in Vancouver, and everything was within walking distance—nothing to add.

I appreciated the woman at check‑in, the Nespresso coffee, and the fully stocked minibar; the bathroom came with Crabtree and Evelyn soap and hair products, and the lobby offered fresh juice, which was a nice touch. However, the room’s layout felt odd, the décor was dated, the bedroom barely fit a bed, the couch had a slight funky smell, the hallways looked worn and needed a refresh, and the entrance off Robson didn’t make it obvious this was a Hilton; it seemed the hotel only cared about its restaurant.
