Overall, the property was far below our expectations. The cleanliness was extremely poor, and the location was in a much less desirable area than we had anticipated. The staff were neither friendly nor attentive. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience in terms of both cleanliness and service quality. Overall, the property was far below our expectations. I was impressed by the Bravi team.

I don't know what to say. The place was not clean.

Everything was very, very good, and I felt grateful.

Everything was terrible: 50€ for a single bed in a tiny room with a broken bed and a noisy penguin in the room, the bathroom facilities were borderline, and this isn’t the first time I’ve stayed in such a place—yet this stay was disappointing for the price. If I’d paid 15€, I wouldn’t have complained.
