Location and close to lifts. Staff was helpful. No AC but I guess a lot of places there don’t have it. Just not noted on description. TV was analog, not HD like 99% of other hotels or lodges
I paid for the booking, yet the hotel charged me again on the day I checked out, a huge surprise that forced me to call for a refund. No refund has been issued so far.
“Luxurious stay in a gorgeous location”
The location was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the facilities—hot tub, sauna, exercise room, and restaurant—were wonderful. Nothing to complain about.
The bed was comfortable, but the parking fee was steep.

The gym was great, and they upgraded me to a room with a kitchenette for free. However, when I ordered room service and paid $6 extra for chicken on a Caesar salad, the chicken was missing, so I had to go back. It wasn’t a big deal, but it’s basic to double‑check the full order.
