The resort boasts a gym, saunas, Turkish baths, and alternative Ayurveda treatments, with 3 restaurants, a wine cellar, and bikes for rent, 20 minutes from Bardolino centre.

The location is wonderful, the breakfast is very good, the room view is awesome, the underground car garage is very convenient, the pool is wonderful, the room is clean, and the staff are very pleasant. The only downside is that the room could have a little more space.

The reception was great and friendly, the large underground parking has plenty of space, the garden is well kept, the Ferragisto Harfenspielerin plays at breakfast, the pool is large, and the dinner in the garden is lovely. The breakfast service was poor, and while the live music in the garden is great, it would be nicer if the songs were Italian instead of English.

Everything was perfect! The beautiful pool area is ideal for relaxing. The DJ on Saturday was fantastic and could play more often, even daily, by the pool. The live music at night created a great atmosphere. A separate, lockable bike box is a big plus for guests with their own e‑bikes. Overall, the hotel is well organized and offers everything for a relaxed holiday. Nothing to complain about.

The property is truly clean and well maintained with amazing facilities and pools. The staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay. Both the outdoor and indoor pools provided a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, and the table service at the pool was a lovely touch. Even the standard room felt spacious and comfortable, so I highly recommend it. Two things did affect our stay. On our last evening (a Sunday), the AC in our room stopped blowing cool air, even though the unit appeared to be running. After raising it three times, we were given a fan, and management kindly offered a small bottle of high‑quality olive oil as an apology. It was a thoughtful gesture, but I’d still recommend that maintenance address AC issues more promptly, even on weekends. I’d also gently suggest the hotel reconsider its phone policy around the pool and breakfast areas. While pool floats weren’t allowed, we noticed children (and even some adults) playing videos or games on their phones without headphones, both in the indoor pool and at breakfast, which was more disruptive to other guests than a float would have been. A house rule encouraging headphone use for phone audio in shared spaces would go a long way toward preserving the relaxing atmosphere the property otherwise does so well. Overall, it was still a lovely stay and one we’d consider again, hoping these small issues get addressed.
