The night was noisy, making it impossible to rest; the bed creaked even with slight movement, the TV had no signal, and the bathroom lock didn’t provide privacy.

Ely was super friendly and gave us a lot of information, the location was great, and the beds were comfortable and spacious. However, when we arrived, the room we had booked was already occupied, so we were given a different one that was still comfortable but not what we had accepted, and there was a bit of dampness on one wall that should be checked.

The hosts were excellent and very kind, the facilities were comfortable with TV, hot water, and a soft bed, and they arranged tours in vans for us from the moment we arrived, which we took advantage of; they even welcomed us at the terminal unexpectedly. The only slightly uncomfortable thing was that the bed made a lot of noise with minimal movement, but everything else was great and I would definitely return.
