Breakfast was as agreed, the bed was huge, there was plenty of parking space, a comfortable sofa, a hairdryer, and a fully stocked room bar (water, juices, sodas). Overall the room was quite large and spacious with new furniture. We’re happy about the quick responses via messages. I usually don’t give ratings below 8, but I was so disappointed that I even considered a 5/10. The problem seems to lie in the description on Booking, where it looks like a 5 *, but it is far from that, even though the surroundings might suggest it in 2‑3 years. The host is very kind and helpful, but he doesn’t speak English at all, and we had issues even through translators. Regarding the room itself: the floor felt greasy/dirty and we didn’t feel it was clean. The shower lacked a curtain and the water pressure was variable. The drain is in the middle of the bathroom, which is not ideal. We couldn’t find Wi‑Fi instructions or a bedside lamp, so the lights had to be turned off from across the room. I might stay again in the future, but I don’t want to go into all the details. In principle, I strongly disagree with the published reviews of other guests rating 9 or 10 – it’s misleading.
