The staff were friendly, but the housekeeper could have cleaned better because the kitchen was dirty at the bottom of the dishwasher.

Nothing was good; the front staff were very rude, especially Kia who made checking in a hard time and behaved snobbishly and unprofessionally—I’ll contact corporate. The room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly; there was dirt in the bathroom like muddy boots, it was nasty and dirty, so I will never stay here again.
