It was just an average hotel for me, nothing special. I was annoyed that the online check‑in said no credit card would be used, yet I still had to provide my card number. At checkout I wanted to pay cash, but the hotel said it didn’t accept cash. Because of these issues I won’t stay here again and I’m leaving a negative review. I also disliked that most cheaper hotels offer free breakfast, while this one charges for it. These are major problems that deter me from returning, and the hotel fell short.

Everything was spotless and visually appealing. The only downside was the weak water pressure.

The bar and food options were good. The room thermostat was difficult to adjust.

The bar was decent, but the front desk staff—Leslie—was the most rude and uncaring person I’ve met; this place clearly has a culture problem. The bed felt harder than a floor, and the sheets were so rough I got a friction burn on my elbow when I turned over. The air conditioner was stuck at 66 degrees, and every time I tried to raise it, it would snap back to 66 and the air blew straight onto the bed.
