The location was superb, and the room with two balconies was lovely. Dorotea the host helped us a lot.

The room was gorgeous, and Dorothea the host was amazing, adding so many thoughtful touches. The bar below the property blasted insanely loud music from 10 pm to 2 am on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, making sleep virtually impossible.

The hotel was so lovely! We stayed in a room with two beds and a balcony that was extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and had every convenience. Dori was super responsive, helpful, and nice, and she arranged an early airport transfer for me. The neighborhood in Palermo was really fun and charming, full of great wine bars and restaurants.
