Automatic check‑in and a very comfortable bed.

“Sconsigliato”

The structure was disconnected. It was advertised as breakfast included but we had to pay. No service; for any emergency there was no one in the building. Everything was digital and if something didn't work nobody answered the listed number. Terrible.

“Everything was fine but the internet system the hotel uses to open the hotel entrance door and the room door. That was h”

The cleaning staff was very nice and Fanny was outstanding at breakfast, always kind and polite, but having to use my internet access to open the hotel entrance door and my room door caused huge anxiety; one night I couldn't open the door, a kind employee arrived soon after I reported it, but it was horrible and I will never stay in a hotel that lacks access cards, keys and a concierge.

“Hanno ammesso l'errore di averci fatto pagare la colazione due volte, e poi sono spariti nel nulla.”

The staff were rude, and even after admitting their mistake, no refund was offered; they disappeared from the radar.
