I was a bit nervous at first because they accidentally booked me at the Por do Sol lodge, but they fixed it fast and the place turned out great. Breakfast was tasty and the pool was amazing.

The service was awful. I arrived before check‑in time and the front desk lady called Maria to ask if kids could use the pool while we waited for our room. Maria said yes, but ten minutes later she came back and told me the kids couldn’t stay in the pool and that we’d have to pay a fee. We were willing to pay, but the back‑and‑forth was frustrating. I felt so bad I asked to cancel and left for another place. I can’t say anything about the cleanliness or comfort.

The lodge had a nice concept and seemed promising, but it had no receptionist at all. Nothing was clear—no one told us the gate was controlled by a link, and the shower water was cold.
