I loved the farm’s family history and staying in the old family villa; David, Sue, and their son Matthew were super friendly. It was a nice touch to have the log burner running when we arrived in the afternoon, and it was topped up with wood while we were out.

This quirky, characterful spot had a great outlook and a lovely breakfast, and the cozy fireplace was snug. Nothing to complain about.

A charming rural getaway in an old homestead full of antiques, character and fascinating stories. The hosts were engaging, warm and exceptionally hospitable, making us feel welcome right away. The breakfast was simply outstanding, far beyond expectations. A truly memorable stay; we’ll return!

Fantastic experience in a beautiful old countryside villa, and there was a fire already burning when we arrived. Sue and David were great hosts at breakfast, and meeting them and their pet sheep Florian was a pleasure. The road to the location requires a careful drive because of falling rocks, but it was not bad.
