Price and location were fine. There was hair under the pillow, the water heater didn’t work, and the door lock was loose.

I stayed two nights. The first room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. When we extended last minute, we got a different room for the second night. That room was awful: cockroaches, a strong cigarette smell that lingered even after spraying air freshener, and a dirty toilet. It was a stark contrast to the first room and left me disappointed.
