The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom fixtures were old and deteriorated, and the Wi‑Fi was weak.

The location was bad, in a poor area, and the most important amenities on the list were missing. They added extra charges that were not listed on the facility page. There was no hot water all day and they offered different excuses each time. I could not stay more than two days; after not showering for a whole day, I still couldn't shower on the evening of the third day, so I had to check out. They told me to leave but did not refund the remaining nights. No support was available for three days, and I tried to complain about a refund or solution from day one when I discovered the lack of hot water.

The location suited us, the rooms were nicely decorated, large, and spacious. Hot water worked well, and the wardrobe and drawers offered plenty of storage with many sockets and a good desk area. The staff were friendly and let us bring an extra chair to the desk. When we asked for a room change, the staff were kind and ready to help. The bed was comfortable and not creaky. The hotel claimed toiletries were included, but we had to go to Indomaret for soap, shampoo, and toothpaste. They also advertised free airport transfer, which was not provided. We had to switch rooms because the first one had no Wi‑Fi, which we needed since we didn’t have an Indonesian SIM card. Noise insulation was poor; road traffic was loud all night. A large group of coworkers stayed the same night, smoked, and stayed up all night and early morning, making it impossible to sleep even with earplugs. The staff did not ask them to be quiet after we complained. Another night, other guests played music extremely loud late at night and again at 5 am, disrupting our sleep again.
