I stayed in a lovely, airy apartment that had great communication from the host, which was a big plus. The laundry facilities were a bonus, and the parking nearby was convenient. However, the beds weren't very comfortable, and the location wasn't ideal for a family stay with kids, as it seemed more suited to those looking to party all night.

The location of the apartment was perfect for our needs, as it was close to a conference and plenty of great dining options. The free parking was a welcome bonus, and we appreciated the easy access and clear instructions. The space itself was pleasant and mostly quiet, but it was a bit dark due to the need to close curtains for privacy, and there were no views to speak of.

The owner's communication was timely and excellent, which made our stay much easier. However, the decor was very basic, and the privacy curtains could be improved.

The apartment had a great location in the heart of the Gaslamp district, which was quiet despite being in the midst of the action. It was also perfect for our conference at the Convention Centre, being just a short walk away and much more affordable than the nearby hotels. However, the apartment itself was a bit old-fashioned, and some of the fixtures and fittings could be updated. Additionally, there were no proper wardrobes, which was a bit of an issue for me since I was staying for 7 days.
