The staff were super friendly, which made up for the initial delay in checking in. It turned out they hadn't synced their prices with Booking, so we had to verify the actual price before we could proceed. Thankfully, the staff were really helpful and made the process smooth.

The hotel's location was a real highlight – it offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major letdown. The rooms and common areas were not up to par, with a noticeable lack of attention to detail when it came to keeping things tidy. Despite this, the stunning views made it hard to dwell on the less-than-impressive housekeeping.

The hotel's location is a major plus, right in the heart of the city. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but there was one young guy who seemed a bit off. Unfortunately, the presidential suite's bed was a nightmare - every day it was crawling with bed bugs. Despite the issue, the rest of the staff made up for it with their excellent service.
