The cleaning was excellent, breakfast was great, and the welcome was warm. The centre wasn’t extremely close, but right after we left the bus stop was there. The owner was very friendly and offered a lot of advice on the must‑visit spots in Genoa. The price‑quality ratio was very good.

The hospitality, cleanliness, and breakfast were always very abundant. The room was well equipped with a good bed, a nice sofa, and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom was large, well arranged, and even had a bidet… the shower was excellent and didn’t splash, which is pretty rare. Breakfast was served impeccably with always fresh fruit, fruit juice, yogurt, hot and cold milk! I would say it was a great stay! It’s close to the centre and reachable on foot or by bus. The location is perfect for exploring the city! The owners are very kind and ready to give information about the city and the most beautiful and lesser‑known places! If we return to Genoa we will definitely stay at this B&B again. Nothing negative.

A wonderful place with fantastic owners. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Patrizia and Nicola were super friendly and helpful. Thanks to our morning chats we knew where to go and what to do. We felt cared for in every way. Breakfasts were beautifully presented. The location is ideal for people who travel by train or bus. We left this place with great sadness. Even though we left early the next day, a packed breakfast was waiting for us.
