The place is very close to the bus stop, the room was nice and the bathroom was good, but a little caterpillar‑like insect was seen moving around the room 😂.

The transport links are good, most shops are within walking distance, you can find decent food on the beach‑back side for 1,50‑2,‑€; the beach side is much more expensive. Walking takes one minute to reach the ocean. The street noise is annoying, some windows and doors don’t close properly, the water pressure is far too low and the shower barely works; there are also tiny ants.
