“Pleasant stay in comfortable room, with good facilities in hotel and helpful staff.”
The location was perfect in the town centre, staff—especially at reception—were very friendly and helpful, and the car parking was a nice bonus. The room’s value for money was excellent, and we were satisfied with everything.

The bedding was fine. The room was only moderately clean on arrival, with hair in the sink, a dirty bathroom outlet, paper on the floor under the bed, a sticky breakfast table that wasn’t clean, and unclean breakfast glasses.
I rate the location 10; it was just a 5‑minute walk from the grotto.

The hotel offers excellent breakfast and a à la carte restaurant with great dishes, a rarity for Lourdes where food is usually bad. I’ve been here 30 times now.
