Imperador Hotel

The hotel’s location is good, but the bathroom facilities are lacking: no bidet, no hot water from the sink tap, and no shower or bathroom support bars. The fridge should at least offer bottled water, not just at the reception with instant payment, which forces guests to leave the room. I rate it a low‑quality hotel, below three stars.

Service was very good; the rooms were clean, tidy and surprisingly spacious, with great bathrooms and wonderful showers, plus comfortable mattresses and pillows. Breakfast was excellent. The soap and 2‑in‑1 shampoo dispensers were a bit high for elderly guests, short people and those with limited mobility, and we missed a bidet. A mirror in the bedroom would be useful, not just the bathroom one, and a few extra glasses in the rooms would be a nice touch.

“Ótima hospedagem”

This is my second stay at Hotel Imperador, and I again thank the entire staff for their excellent service. Julia at reception is very attentive, polite, and always smiles. Rose also deserves special thanks for her constant friendliness and for letting me check in early after a long night’s travel—a small gesture that made a big difference. These caring actions make me want to return. Congratulations to the whole team; I’ll definitely stay at Hotel Imperador again.

“Hotel bom, mas não espere muito!”

Great staff, a large room, a good bed, and a clean room and bathroom—excellent location! The only downsides are the lack of parking, no luggage cart, the room door doesn’t block light or noise, and there’s no blackout curtain.
