The setting, décor, cleanliness, and service quality were good. There was a lack of heating in the rooms, causing intolerable humidity.

The facilities were very nice, yet the hotel management felt a bit haphazard—getting a small spoon at breakfast was hard, and there was a long wait in front of the coffee machine; it didn't match a Radisson, but the staff were friendly.
