“Very good!”
We appreciated the hotel’s organisation and the breakfast, the staff were very polite and courteous, the gardens are lovely, and the spa is excellent, providing a great sense of quiet and privacy. However, the dinner prices at the hotel restaurant are relatively high. Because you have to arrive by car, you can’t really go out to another restaurant for a drink and then drive back, so you end up effectively held captive—obliged to dine or have drinks at the hotel. The wines are very expensive, and so is the dinner!
