Getting there was easy. The staff were cheerful and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The television didn’t work, and the bathtub in the bathroom had clogged drains, so dirty water accumulated and leaked out slowly. The glass above the tub didn’t seal properly, letting water splash into the room.

The location and conditions were simply wonderful. I especially want to note how hospitable the hotel team was: every question was answered politely and useful advice was always given. I’m especially grateful to manager Akil, front‑desk staff Tahir and Kenan – they were very helpful during our stay. Thank you all!

The hotel was foul and the bedding was old, and the breakfast was terrible. In truth, the bedding was foul and the agency that handles the foul rooms was exhausted.
