Clean, good hotel in Shanghai. The breakfast isn’t worth it; it’s better to grab something from the kiosk downstairs or elsewhere.

The location is convenient, close to the metro and the city center. The hotel staff were friendly and customer‑focused; the reception girls were helpful. The room was beautiful, the price/quality ratio was appropriate, and the view from the window of the night city was nice. The cleanliness was not very good.

The rooms were excellent, the location great, and the beds were very comfortable.

The location was really good and the staff were helpful. On the building floor there were other hotels. The downside was that it claimed to offer breakfast, but all we got was a toast and a coffee delivered to the room in the morning. From the description we expected a buffet since it said breakfast was included.
