The place is right in the middle of everything, so that part was solid. But the bed? Total nightmare. It was basically a pile of foam chunks that made sleeping feel like a workout.

We got the owner to try and swap us into a room with fewer beds, even though we had a confirmed booking. He was rude about it, acting like we were the problem. No respect for the reservation, no apology.

The hotel smelled like a mess, and it was obvious the place was dirty. When we told the staff, they just said everything was “by reservation” and didn’t fix anything. I paid cash on time, but they wouldn’t refund me. They even implied I should have chosen a “five‑star” place, which was rude. Still no response from them.
