They called to tell me they sold out at 5:30pm on the night we were supposed to check in. We literally just had parked the car in the parking lot. We had reserved it 4 days prior. The location is good. The price for what I received felt high.

I booked a room but when I arrived they told me the hotel was full.

not applicable. I did not stay the night. I did not have breakfast. If the room cleanliness is any indication of the quality of the breakfast. then I am so happy I didn't stay the night. Checked out right after I checked in. The hotel common areas were very dirty. The room was so bad I did not stay the night. I arrived, checked in, put my suitcase in the door and left for dinner. After returning about 1hour and 1/2 later, upon entering the bathroom I went crazy. It was so dirty, there was a chewed bone on the floor, and the shower door looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was urine stains on the toilet seat and it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months as well. Over all disgusting. I have never seen a hotel this dirty

The staff are friendly. The place is very dirty, always smells bad, the rooms are horrendously unclean, and it feels like they mainly host homeless people. It’s a very odd place.
